Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.
At this time our Boutique is not able to process returns for online orders. Any online order must be returned following our online Returns Process.

All Auguste orders are hand picked and packed with love from Byron Bay. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on offering express service on all online orders.
Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.
Within Australia:Delivery is between 1-3 business days within metropolitan NSW, or 2-5 business days elsewhere within Australia and is fully traceable once shipped.
Outside Australia:Delivery is between 3-7 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.
Yes! Domestic orders are all sent with USPS service as a reputable shipping agency. For international orders, we offer delivery with DHL express courier service as a reputable shipping agency.
Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Auguste will include a commercial invoice declaring the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Auguste The Label, you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us.
Galléo accepts returns within 15 days. You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full price items.
